Under procedure No. PO – 100 – 05, the hospital's relations with the media are governed as follows:
No media representative may enter the hospital premises except with the management's consent, following a written or telephone request and with a visitor's pass.
During the visit, media representatives will be accompanied by a hospital employee designated by the manager. Access to the hospital's units will be restricted and granted only with the approval of the head of unit. Liaison between the hospital and the media is provided by the manager or by the hospital spokesperson designated by decision of the manager.
An interview with the hospital's management team will be granted only following a written request and only with the manager's consent. Filming within the hospital is permitted only with the consent of the management and of the persons involved.
Media representatives will have unrestricted access in the following situations:
– when accompanying an official delegation (Minister, Secretary of State, etc.) with their consent;
– accompanied by the Manager and/or the other Directors of the Hospital's Executive Board.
