Constantly concerned with the quality and development of our relationship with the patients who use our facility's services, we have designed this questionnaire in order to gather as much information as possible to allow us to assess as objectively as possible the level of satisfaction of our patients.
The satisfaction questionnaire for admitted patients is handed out in paper form to each patient/relative by the duty nurse one day before discharge to be completed, and once completed it is to be placed in the box provided in each unit.
If the patient does not wish to complete the form, they are asked to place it uncompleted in the questionnaire collection box. You do not need to sign; this questionnaire is anonymous and confidential.
Your answers are important to us! At Panciu Town Hospital, questionnaires are also sent by SMS feedback to all admitted patients (to the telephone number given in the medical record).
