Mechanism for reporting breaches of the law
Under Law No. 361/2022 on the protection of public interest whistleblowers (hereinafter Law No. 361/2022), persons who report breaches of the law which have occurred or are likely to occur within
of Panciu Town Hospital have the following reporting channels available:
1. Internal channels (for details – see Chapter III of Law No. 361/2022).
Persons who choose to use the internal channel may do so in the following ways:
• By e-mail at: integritate@spitalpanciu.ro;
• By phone – 0237275600, Ethics Adviser, Panciu Town Hospital;
• In person, by attending Panciu Town Hospital (with a prior appointment made at the
email integritate@spitalpanciu.ro).
2. External channels – the National Integrity Agency as well as other public entities which, under the provisions
special legal provisions, receive and resolve reports of breaches of the law within their area of competence
(for details see Chapter IV of Law No. 361/2022);
Persons who choose to use the external channel – the National Integrity Agency – to
report breaches of the law may do so in the following ways:
• Online, on the Whistleblowers Platform at: https://avertizori.integritate.eu;
• By e-mail at: avertizari@integritate.eu;
• By phone (calls will be recorded automatically), by calling 0372.069.869 and pressing the keys:
1 (Select Romanian), 0 (Consent to call recording), 3 (Public Interest Whistleblowers Directorate);
• By postal services to the ANI address at 15 Bulevardul Lascăr Catargiu, Postcode 010661, Sector 1, Bucharest – Romania – For the attention of the Public Interest Whistleblowers Directorate;
• In person, by attending the ANI headquarters (with a prior appointment made at the e-mail address:
avertizari@integritate.eu).
Persons seeking confidential advice in connection with making reports, as well as
persons seeking assistance in connection with protection against reprisals may do so in the following
ways:
• By e-mail at: consiliere@integritate.eu;
• By phone (calls will be recorded automatically), by calling 0372.069.869 and pressing keys 1 (Select Romanian), 0 (Consent to call recording), 3 (Public Interest Whistleblowers Directorate);
